Privacy Policy

This website processes images entirely in your browser. This policy explains, in plain language, what that means for your data — and why there is very little to explain.

Overview

This policy describes how the AI Image Resizer website handles information. The site is a collection of static files with a browser-based tool: when you resize an image, the work happens on your device using standard browser APIs. The site operator runs the website but never receives your images or any account information, because there is nothing to receive them with.

The short version

  • Images you process never leave your device. They are not uploaded, transmitted or stored anywhere.
  • There are no accounts, sign-ups or logins, so no account data exists.
  • The site embeds no analytics, tracking scripts or advertising.
  • The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising cookies.
  • The contact form does not send or store anything until a submission endpoint is configured by the site owner.

Image and file processing

When you choose a file, your browser reads it into memory on your device. The resizing and format conversion are performed locally with browser APIs such as Canvas, and the downloaded result is generated on your device as well. At no point is the file transmitted over the network or written to any server.

Because of this design, the site operator never sees your images, holds no copies of them and receives no notification that you used the tool. Closing or reloading the page discards everything the browser was holding in memory. Once the page has loaded, the tool even keeps working if you disconnect from the internet.

Information we do not collect

The site does not collect or retain names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, location data, device identifiers or behavioral profiles. You are never asked for personal information in order to use the tool. The site also does not attempt to identify visitors, fingerprint browsers or build usage statistics.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies and makes no use of browser local storage or session storage. Because nothing is set, there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to. Any data your browser caches during normal browsing (such as a copy of the page files) stays under your browser's control on your device and can be cleared with your browser settings at any time.

Third-party services

The site itself embeds no third-party scripts, fonts, analytics or advertising. As a static website, it is served as plain files by a hosting provider such as Cloudflare Pages. Standard web requests inevitably pass through that provider's infrastructure, and the provider's own policies govern how technical request data (such as IP addresses in infrastructure logs) is handled on their side. That processing is performed by the hosting provider, not by this site, and this site has no access to or control over it.

The contact form works the same way once connected: when the site owner configures a submission endpoint, only the fields you explicitly enter (name, email, subject and message) would be transmitted to that endpoint. Until such an endpoint exists, no message is sent or stored anywhere.

Children's privacy

The site does not knowingly collect personal information from any visitor, including children under 13. Because no personal information is collected, none is stored or shared. Parents and guardians with questions are welcome to get in touch through the contact page.

Security

The most important security measure on this site is structural: since images never leave your device, there is no server-side store of user images that could be breached, subpoenaed or misused. The site has no backend, no database and no user records. Beyond that, ordinary good practice applies — keeping your browser and operating system up to date protects everything you do on the web, including this tool.

Your rights

Because the site collects no personal data, there is generally nothing held about you to access, correct, export or delete. If the contact form is connected at some point and you send a message, you may ask the site owner to delete that correspondence by writing again through the same form. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the privacy laws that apply where you live.

Changes to this policy

The site owner may update this page from time to time to reflect changes to the website itself. The page always describes the site's current behavior, and any future feature that changed this privacy picture would be reflected here before it went live.
