What to contact us about
The site owner reads every message and uses them to fix problems and improve the tool. Useful topics include:
- Feedback. Anything confusing, missing or awkward in the tool or in the guides — tell us and it can be improved.
- Bug reports. If something does not work, mention your browser and its version, the file format you used, and the steps that led to the problem.
- Privacy questions. Note that the tool works fully offline in your browser: images are processed on your device and never uploaded, so most privacy questions are answered directly in the privacy policy.
- Suggestions. Ideas for new presets, guides or small features that would make resizing easier.
Before you write
Two pages answer most questions in advance. The FAQ covers file types, quality, mobile use and similar basics, while How It Works explains the resizing process step by step. Because resizing runs locally in your browser, some behavior that looks like a bug is by design — for example, nothing is ever uploaded, and no resized image is saved anywhere until you download it yourself. Keeping the original file safe is also worth a habit: the tool never modifies your source image, but a backup protects against mistakes on your side.
